Andy joined the Bank in 2008.  He has 37 years banking and finance experience in Australia, PNG and Vanuatu.

Mr. Jerry Ishmael

Jerry joined the Bank in 2004.  He has 27 years banking and finance experience in Vanuatu.  He is a board member of the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission.
